2009 Pinewood Derby!!

Pack 700 just completed the running of our 2009 Pinewood Derby! Yeah! We had our fastest cars ever this year with 4 cars posting sub-2.5 second runs! We had over 90% participation with 75 cub cars running. It was an awesome day of racing. We also had a record 18 cars for our Family race, and 4 entries in our new “Is your car faster than a 5th graders?” Open Class. There were cars in the shape of a banana, box of crayons, jeep, ipod, TIV (Tornado Intercept Vehicle), a couple of bat mobiles, and all manner and flavors of race cars. All the cars looked fantastic! A huge thank you to all that helped out!
